Device Permissions & Sensors

The Application may request access to certain features of your device, including but not limited to the camera, microphone, photo library, GPS/location services, and push notification settings, and we may collect precise or approximate location data, including background location data. This information is used to support core Application functions. You may disable location tracking in your device settings, but this may impair functionality of the Application.

We may collect technical information from your device such as model, operating system, unique identifiers, crash reports, and usage patterns; this information is used to ensure the reliability and performance of the Application, resolve technical issues, and improve Application functionality.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Information. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. By submitting your information, you agree that we are not liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of Information caused by factors outside of our control, such as cyberattacks or data breaches affecting third-party service providers, and you agree to release us from any liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from the collection, use, storage, sharing, loss, or disclosure of Information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Florida.
